Lund Combined School provides meaningful parent communication in various ways. First, open communication between teachers and parents is of the utmost importance. Teachers utilize the telephone, email and letters sent home to parents. The school often sends to student homes and community members notifications of school functions and activities, through the utilization of the Alert Now telephone system, where messages can be delivered via telephone or email. Parent-teacher conferences are held 2 times a year. Parents are also encouraged to stop by our classrooms any time they want to.
The Lund Community is very supportive of our school and our students. Many or most of the community attends sporting events on a regular basis. They support the fundraising efforts of our students in a very generous manner.
