- Coral Academy teachers do home visits to increase home-school relationships. We aim at visiting 50% of our student population every year.
- School phone dialer makes calls to homes about important events.
- Monthly newsletter informs parents about the school program and activities.
- CAS uses Infinite Campus to communicate with parents. This provides immediate feedback on student academic progress and attendance.
- CAS hosts parent orientations and nights to inform parents on school programs and activities.
- CAS administration and teachers have an open door policy and attend several scheduled parent meetings on a weekly basis.
- CAS teachers and administration provide timely feedback to parents about student progress and behavior through phone calls and emails.
- CAS sends monthly progress reports to parents.
- CAS Parent Teacher Club provides parents with opportunities to get involved in school activities.
- CAS PTC hosts community nights, sponsors events and facilitates volunteering and fundraising activities.
- CAS holds special events and several open-houses, parent nights, breakfasts and luncheons during the year for parents and the community.
