Desert Oasis High School employs multiple communication methods with all parents, students and the community. The web page lists daily announcements, teacher e-mail addresses, important event dates, NHSPE test review and the community newsletter. The ParentLink system provides parents quick electronic access to student grades and attendance. Our dialer contacts parents with important reminders and the daily attendance of their children. The annual Open House allows parents the opportunity to tour the campus and visit with teachers. Counselors and administrators meet with parents and students at the Eight Grade Registration Night to welcome incoming freshmen. Advance Placement/Financial Aide night and three athletic information nights are offered to explain district requirements and answer any parent questions. The principal meets monthly with the Parent Advisory Council to discuss current education topics and review suggestions to improve student achievement.
