Although ParentLink is a vital cog in our parent communication system, it is not the only form of communication. Arbor View also relies on teacher interaction with parents through the quarterly newsletter, personal phone calls, e-mails, parent/teacher conferences, and progress reports. Arbor View also uses a program called Naviance/Family Connection that relays information about Arbor View counseling services, scholarship opportunities, and the college application process. Arbor View also follows the CCSD communication chain for parent concerns and questions. Parents are freely invited to address concerns with their students' teachers and administrator at any time.
