One of our primary goals at CHS is to maintain an open line of communication with parents and our community. ParentLink and individual teacher web pages (coronadocougars.net) provide parents a daily update of their students' homework assignments, assessments, grades, attendance, and an e-mail link to directly contact teachers. Additionally, CHS publishes a variety of informational material including newsletters to keep our community stay informed as to the many activities at CHS. To celebrate the beginning of the new school year, we host a Welcome Back BBQ to acquaint students/parents to the campus and athletic/extracurricular programs. Open House is an opportunity for parents to meet teachers and learn more about course expectations. PAC meetings are held monthly and parent/teacher conferences are held continually to provide information regarding curriculum, classroom instruction, and student achievement. Articulation activities are held throughout the year to provide a seamless transition for our incoming freshmen and their parents and to provide an opportunity for them to experience the many programs offered at CHS.
