Sierra Vista HS maintains a consistent method of communication to all stakeholders regarding academic progress and upcoming school events primarily through our school website, newsletter, student newspaper, "The Messenger," monthly Parent Advisory Council meetings, weekly ParentLink updates, and the use of the dialer. Teachers also communicate regularly with parents via e-mail and during scheduled parent teacher conferences. The administration is available to parents and our community in an effort to meet the educational and extracurricular needs of our student body. Parents are also personally invited to attend their students' celebratory events, be it educational or through clubs and athletics. Various other school events such as Ninth Grade Preview Night, Ninth Grade BBQ, Open House, Financial Aid & College Scholarship Night, Advanced Placement Night, College Night, Senior Transition Night, and Senior Awards Night provide students and their parents the opportunity to gain further information related to their educational success while attending SVHS!
