Mojave High School regularly provided two-way and meaningful communication with all stakeholders by providing opportunities for dialogue through Parent Advisory Committee meetings, parent-teacher conferences, phone calls, and letters. An opening of school packet containing enrollment and registration information and the Educational Accords were mailed home in August. Timely information regarding programs was communicated during the school year through the school newsletter, district website, e-mail, telephone contacts, ParentLink, and the school's website at www.mojaverattlers.org. Letters and mailers were also translated into Spanish for our Spanish speaking parents. Mojave High School conducted four Title I parent nights as well as college and scholarship parent nights, AVID parent nights, and GEAR-UP parent nights where parents were provided assistance, training, and materials to help them work with their children to improve student achievement.
