Silverado High School provides two-way, meaningful communication through a variety of resources. Our on-going, daily communication is focused through our school webpage. Through this website, the community has access to a variety of information regarding school activities and calendars as well as local and state resources. Parents have additional access to grades and attendance. Faculty members are provided contact information electronically to facilitate communication via phone or email with parents and students. ParentLink is also an integral part of the communication with parents with regular reminders being sent home through e-mails and the phone. Silverado High School holds monthly support staff meetings to review communication/information sharing components within each office's area of responsibility in order to maintain a high level of service and troubleshoot any areas of concern with regards to communication with parents. Other opportunities for parent communication include open parent meetings, Scholarship and Financial Aid Night, Senior/College Transition Night, Honors/Advanced Placement Parent Night, freshman orientations, parent conferences and Open House.
