A minimum of four parent newsletters are mailed throughout the year. The Parent Advisory Council meets monthly with the school's administration. The Las Vegas Academy utilizes ParentLink as a means of communicating student progress to both students and parents. In addition, teachers are required to post assignments and schedules on myccsd.net to assist in organizing students and families. The Friends of the Academy (parent support group), works cooperatively with the school to provide assistance and feedback on continuous school improvement. Three school marquees are strategically placed throughout the campus to provide information on upcoming school events. The school website and the online career planning program NAVIANCE are also used to inform families of various school events and trainings.
