Schofield MS teachers utilize the ParentLink online grade reporting system and MyCCSD.net website to foster ongoing communication between parents and teachers. Grades and attendance are uploaded at least two times per week. ParentLink is also used to send e-mail and voicemail messages to parents regarding upcoming events and emergency situations. Our bi-monthly newsletter is published and placed online to communicate upcoming events and highlight student programs to our community. Our website updates daily with communication tools for parents along with a link to contact the school and send messages with questions or concerns. We hold monthly Parent Information Meetings to discuss upcoming events and to create a forum where parents can voice their comments or concerns. Additionally, parents are encouraged to attend joint articulation meetings with Schofield MS and our feeder elementary schools and high school. Finally, parents are also invited to monthly Student of the Month luncheons where they have direct access to Schofield administration to discuss topics related to the Schofield community. Schofield MS encourages parents to visit classrooms and work with staff to provide a quality education for all students.
