West Prep is committed to increasing parent communication. The school's Success Director plans and implements monthly meetings. Additionally, a partnership with the Urban League attempts to increase parent involvement at all grade levels. The school has also implemented the GREAT program family nights to discuss gang prevention with parents and students. Conferences are continually held with parents through the counseling office. The school uses ParentLink consistently. Parent involvement is strengthened by the K-12 concept. Many parents have multiple students attending West Prep, and parents stay actively engaged with the school.
