We recognize the importance of communicating with our school community on a frequent basis. Our monthly newsletter goes home each month, providing a calendar of events for the upcoming month, a message from the principal, the PTA, information from our school's Trustee, and other information about school activities. Parent-Student-Teacher-Academic Planning Time takes place in December. Each student's assessment data and academic progress is discussed with the parent during these conferences. Progress reports are sent home on a regular basis and contain all classroom assignment grades. Report cards are distributed on a trimester schedule. Meet the Teacher is held in August and Open House is held in September. Parents visit classrooms where teachers explain daily routines, behavior, and work standards. Dialogue with the Principal is held monthly so parents can voice concerns and provide input on school issues.
