School newsletters are distributed bi-monthly for parents and the community. ParentLink provides on-going information to families and the community regarding upcoming events and important dates. Each grade level communicates weekly to provide information about current instruction and student academic performance. Student work is displayed throughout the campus and special activities are featured in the community. Our on-going liaison between the City of Las Vegas and the Bolden area command Metropolitan Police Department fosters consistent opportunities for positive community involvement. Our family center offers a variety of workshops and parenting classes to increase academic awareness for parents to encourage an increase in volunteers and provide numerous opportunities to increase parents' desire to actively participate in their child's education.
