Ira J. Earl consistently provides regular and meaningful two-way communication with parents, family and the community. All written communication is provided in English and Spanish. Parent concern forms are available in the front office for anyone to complete if no one is able to meet with them right away. Student progress reports are sent out twice a month in an effort to inform parents of their child's academic and behavior progress. Monthly meetings are offered to provide information and resources, as well as assist parents with a variety of strategies to help their children at home. On-going communication is provided through ParentLink, flyers and/or letters. All teachers are available for Open House, Parent Teacher Conferences and to meet with parents upon request. A Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) has been formed and meets monthly to provide information regarding curriculum, achievement, and assist with parent communication.
