Regular and meaningful communication is maintained through newsletters, flyers, and ParentLink. Automated messages regarding school events and holidays, in addition to notification of absences, are sent via ParentLink in English and Spanish. The administration operates an "open door" policy in which parents are welcome to come to the office or phone whenever they have a question or concern. Monthly parent trainings, funded by Title I, are held during the school day. At these trainings, parents are given educational strategies, materials, and activities that they can use with their children at home. Parents are encouraged to be active in the school; volunteers are always welcome!
