The school issues a monthly newsletter to inform parents of lessons and activities occurring in the classrooms, ways to help their children, and highlights on extra-curricular activities involving students. The front page of the newsletter focuses on major school events with emphasis on student participation, student achievements, and a message from administrators. It also lists upcoming events to allow parents time to plan for full participation. The students' page publishes names of students and their academic achievement awards. A page informs parents of resources, strategies, and general information useful to them. A space is provided for parents to write their comments/suggestions with requests to send them back to school. In addition to the newsletter, a progress report is sent home every two weeks and parents are required to signify receipt and write comments if they so desire. The school also regularly sends letters and leaflets to remind parents of upcoming events. Parents are always welcome at school and many volunteer in the classroom. The administration and teachers are always available to take calls and appointments when parents request. An electronic banner continuously displays events throughout the year.
