Parent communication was offered in several ways during the school year. Parents received information in the form of a monthly newsletter, which contained important dates and informational articles. Information was also posted on Facebook. Important parent notes were sent home with the children on Tuesdays. The ParentLink system was utilized to deliver phone messages to parents informing them of important upcoming events as well as to post weekly grade updates for each student. In addition, formal and informal meetings were held to elicit parental input and deliver information.
