Highlights
Silver State High School has had a very successful 2010-2011 school year, being our seventh year helping students succeed; our good reputation continues to spread throughout the community.
  • We continue to offer a rigorous NDE approved curriculum that increases student achievement.
  • Field Trips are still an important part of our "Hands-on" curriculum
  • Test Results - HSPE results continue with a high pass rate for all subjects on the first try.
  • Technology - Silver State High School is cited as one of the most technological state-of-the-art high schools in Nevada.
  • Our school is a safe place to be. We continue to have very few student fights, vandalism, suspensions or police interventions.
  • Great Opportunities to Learn - Students work with teachers on a 1-on-1 basis and establish a rapport unlike any other school.
