  • Our school uses the RTI model to provide individual student interventions and support for struggling students.
  • The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony collaborated with us to provide seven after-school tutors for our Native American students.
  • We received an intervention teacher for grades K-6 which was funded by the Edujobs Grant.
  • Over 300 guests enjoyed our annual Night of All Nations, a celebration of the diversity at our school.
  • Our Science Fair overflowed the MPR with projects and sent six winners to the Regional Science Fair.
  • We held fall and spring Open House events, monthly bingo nights to benefit grade levels, and a community Reading Week.
  • PTA purchased two ActivBoards and laptops, playground equipment, and sponsored a fitness Jog-a-Thon.
  • Over 300 volunteers registered to help at our school, logging in almost 1500 classroom visits.
