Goals and Objectives
Goal 1

Every teacher will use collaboratively designed Common Units of Instruction that are aligned with Common Assessments.

Objective(s):
Currently in all areas, access to a guaranteed and viable standards-based curriculum is limited and/or inconsistent.  By the end of the 2010-11 school year, 100% of teachers at all grade levels will have access to a guaranteed and viable standards-based curriculum in all areas.

Goal 2
Use of common formative assessments is limited, or non-existent.  By the end of the 2010-11 school year, Common Formative Pre-and Post-assessments (and Collaborative Scoring Guides) will be available in all areas that measure the entire scope of the guaranteed and viable standards-based curriculum.

Objective(s):
By the end of the 2010-11 school year, Common Units will be designed and available in all areas for all grade levels.  The Common Units will be aligned with the Common Formative Pre-and Post-assessments which will measure the entire scope of the guaranteed and viable standards-based curriculum.
