Fremont provides researched proven instructional programs. Student data informs instruction including differentiation and HQSI techniques. All staff is Highly Qualified.- Full implementation of Success For All reading and School Improvement Program.
- Increase in the number of families attending school functions both social and educational.
- Increased opportunities for students to participate in extra curricular clubs/classes: Chess, Art, Newspaper, Science.
- After school tutoring and remediation offered.
- Fourth Grade students participated in National Geographic Geography Bee.
- Staff and students showed off their "green thumbs" by growing and harvesting food from the Fremont Garden.
- Over seventy fourth and fifth graders were trained in a Bullying Prevention Program.
- Fifth grade students attended week-long science camp in Portola, CA.
- Expanded recognition of student achievement with quarterly awards ceremony for families and Roots graduation ceremonies.

Goals and Objectives |
Goal 1 In Reading, all teachers will be at or above the routine level of Success For All Implementation.
Objective(s): Currently, few if any of the teachers at Fremont Elementary School have experience (training and or classroom implementation) with the Success For All reading program. By the conclusion of the school year, 100% of teachers will be effectively implementing critical SFA components in the classroom.
Goal 2 In Math, all teachers will use research-based instructional strategies to meet the learning needs of all students.
Objective(s): Baseline data indicates that teachers at Fremont use research-based instructional strategies in math 35-90% of the time. By the conclusion of the school year, 100% of teachers will be observed effectively using the following research-based practices 90% of the time.
