Pathways has a veteran certified staff working for the benefit of all students enrolled in our Pathways program.- Staff has a good understanding of alternative education students and works well with these students on an individual basis.
- Excellent full-time counselor on premises who has vast experience working with secondary level students and alternative education students.
- On-line curriculum is keyed to state standards&delivered in easily managed chunks that can be completed and graded. allowing the student to move on.
- Employs NWEA/MAPS for all students to be tested 3 times per year in order to demonstrate growth or lack thereof in reading, math and science.

Goal 1
Goal 1: Increase student achievement in mathematics in middle and high school.
Objective(s):
Measurable Objective 1: Middle School CRT scores in mathematics will increase by at least 10%.
Goal 2
Measurable Objective 2: High School HSPE scores in mathematics will increase by at least 10%.
Objective(s):
Goal 2: Reduce the special education caseload of the Pathways special education teacher.
Goal 3
Measurable Objective 1: The caseload will be reduced to the level of 24 students in keeping with state and federal mandates.

Measurable Objective 2: Student achievement of special education students will show at least 10% growth in academic areas tested.
