  • Ourefforts to provide students with tools to deal with social and emotional issuesresult in fewer disciplinary referrals.
  • We have two computer labs at our school--one to teach technology andone to individualize instruction for our students.
  • Our students benefit from all-day kindergarten. The number of kinder students who are reading isat an all time high.
  • Our after-school tutoring program has been fine-tuned to support student success in reading and mathematics.
  • Our student council raised money for students in transition even though we have the largest group in the valley.
  • Professional Learning Communities continue to support our teachers’ effectiveness.
  • Common assessments in conjunction with NWEA MAPs help teachers plan to meet individualized needs of students.
  • Preparations are underway to move to a new building and increase our student population for 2011-12.
