The mission of Wells Combined Schools is to prepare today’s students for tomorrow’s world through a unified and relentless focus on learning. |

Students in grades four through eight competed in a local Geography Bee with the school winner advancing to state competition- Elementary students are recognized for reading achievement during each Monday Morning Meeting.
- School winners participated in the Elko County Spelling Bee.
- Studentsparticipated in a Miracle Minute to earn money to donate for a wounded Sheriff Officer.
- Trout in the Classroom was conducted in the 5th grade classroom.
- 2 elementary teachersparticipated in on-going professional development to support strong science education.
- Elementary students were able to see a hot air balloon this fall.
- Students use technology daily as they practice skills and learn to master standards.
- Students raised money for charities through a Miracle Minute. Great job Elementary!

Students will show an increase in math scores.

Students in grades 3-6, including IEP, ESLand FRL students, will show an increase in math scores.
Goal 2
Students will increase reading skills in literary and information texts.
Objective(s):
Students, particularly IEP, ESL and FRL, in grades 3-6 will show an increase in reading scores.
Goal 3
Students will improve writing skills.
Objective(s):
Students, particularly IEP, ESL and Low SES, in grades K-6 will show an increase in writing scores.
