The mission of the Morris Behavior Junior/Senior High School is to provide a safe learning environment where students will develop appropriate academic and social growth. |

Morris Behavior Jr/Sr High School is proud to highlight the following accomplishments:- Through the first 100 days of school, increased average daily attendance by 8% from the previous year
- Established a highly structured attendance monitoring plan resulting in increased parent involvement
- Hosted the fifth annual Partners Assisting Youth, Business, and Community program for career development
- Tested 100% of all students required for the middle school CRT
- Tested over 95% of all students required to take the Nevada High School Proficiency Exams
- Decreased student discipline referrals and suspensions due to positive classroom and counseling interventions
- Incorporated a Guidance Elective for all grade levels expanding the existing Character Education program
- Provided professional development for teachers on the HQSI ELL model to increase student achievement
- "Highly qualified" teaching staff in all classrooms, grades 9-12

Goals and Objectives |
Goal 1 Students enrolled at Morris Behavior will increase their average daily attendance (ADA) in each sub-group to meet AYP.
Objective(s): Between August 2010 and February 2010 (the first 100 days of school), each sub-group will demonstrate a 5% increase in their average daily attendance.
Goal 2 Teachers will use effective, research-based instructional strategies to increase student achievement in mathematics.
Objective(s): Between September 2010 and June 2011, all grade 8 students, including students in the White/Caucasian, Hispanic, and African/American subgroups, will achieve the CRT mathematics target of 63.8%.
