Nearly fifty years of tradition and three award-winning magnet programs define Clark's legacy of excellence.- Clark High School's 2010 AYP designation was "High Achieving - Exemplary Turnaround."
- Clark High School was ranked #260 on Newsweek Magazine's annual list of the nation's 1600 top performing high schools.
- The class of 2011 was represented by six National Merit Scholars and sixteen valedictorians.
- The Science Olympiad team won the state championship for the second consecutive year and will represent Nevada at nationals.
- The AMSAT curriculum was enriched by the addition of Calculus III to our course offerings.
- The Advanced Placement program was recognized as the largest in district with 1331 AP exams administered in 54 sections.
- Clark High School's class of 2010 received more than $10.5 million in higher education scholarships.
- The NV Department of Education recognized Clark's "Title One Distinguished School" award at the annual Mega Conference.
- Clark Performing Arts students continue to earn superior ratings and is the largest comprehensive program in the state.

Goals and Objectives |
Goal 1 Utilize increased communication and research-based interventions to reduce the number of non-proficient students.
Objective(s): Non-proficient grade 11 students will meet all proficiency targets or reduce the number of non-proficient students by 10%.
Goal 2 Increase Average Daily Attendance and graduation rate with consistent record keeping and retention of students.
Objective(s): All subgroups will meet the goal of at least 92.1% Average Daily Attendance, or demonstrate an increase in the Average Daily Attendance and increase graduation rates.
