Jack Lund Schofield Middle School is proud to share the following highlights:- Schofield MS showed achievement growth in the areas of mathematics and English language arts.
- Schofield MS had the most improved FRL mathematics scores as indicated through AYP.
- Schofield MS had the most improved LEP mathematics scores as indicated through AYP.
- A sixth grade Tiger Camp Program was held in August, 2010 that transitioned over 150 incoming sixth grade students to MS.
- Schofield's band, choir, and orchestra students received all superior ratings during district level festivals and events.
- Schofield's Madrigal Choir group performed at the National American Choir Director Association conference in Chicago.
- Schofield's Student Council had over 3000 items donated for the Salvation Army's canned food drive.
- Schofield's Student Council filled over 200 stockings with supplies and goods for the valley's homeless students.
- Schofield MS had a student who won the district's "Do the Write Thing" essay contest and represented CCSD this summer in DC.

Goals and Objectives |
Goal 1 IEP students will demonstrate improvement on the Writing Proficiency Exam and reading on the Nevada CRT's.
Objective(s): The number of non-proficient IEP students will decrease by 10% on the 2010-2011 reading CRT and Writing Proficiency Exam.
Goal 2 IEP students will demonstrate improvement in mathematics on the Nevada CRT Exams.
Objective(s): IEP students will increase the percent of correct responses by 10% in the strands of Data Analysis-Statistics & Probability and Algebra and Functions.
