Establish a professional development plan for effective strategiesand curriculum delivery and implement the learning and monitoring through PLCs and observation walkthroughs.

Establish a learning environment and school culture that incorporates staff and parent involvement.
Objective(s):
Establish programs that engage parents, families and the community to build relationships that support improved performance.
