Rainbow Dreams Academy's curriculum follows the Nevada Content Standards and the National Education Standards as the basis for instruction. The Clark County School District's Curriculum Essentials Framework (CEF) is a document used by our teachers as the basis for planning and delivering instruction. CCSD has developed Power Standards which lend support to the Nevada Content Standards. The Power Standards are highly focused in specific areas of instructional emphasis that have been identified as essential for student proficiency in grades K-12. These Power Standards are used by our teachers as a tool for planning and developing instruction and for monitoring student progress. Rainbow Dreams Academy's curriculum is supported by a strong emphasis on character education, core values, and multicultural education.
